School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Norristown, Pennsylvania

Currently, openings are available for the remainder of the school year, Extended School Year (ESY), and the following school year—allowing for immediate and long-term opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP state licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
• Comfortable supporting K-8 students with diverse communication disorders
• Experience deploying augmentative or alternative communication (AAC) devices is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct, evidence-based services to students, including those who are non-verbal
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document and track student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
