Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to Clinical Fellows
  • Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-age populations
  • Background in teletherapy, healthcare, and school-based settings valued
  • Passion for helping children achieve their communication goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with educators and families
  • Commitment to culturally responsive support and inclusive practices

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students
  • Develop and implement IEPs, progress reports, and assessments
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student achievement
  • Use evidence-based practices and appropriate technologies, including teletherapy as needed
  • Participate in school meetings and professional development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal guidelines
