Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to Clinical Fellows
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-age populations
- Background in teletherapy, healthcare, and school-based settings valued
- Passion for helping children achieve their communication goals
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with educators and families
- Commitment to culturally responsive support and inclusive practices
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students
- Develop and implement IEPs, progress reports, and assessments
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student achievement
- Use evidence-based practices and appropriate technologies, including teletherapy as needed
- Participate in school meetings and professional development
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal guidelines
