This position offers both part-time and full-time flexibility, with schedules ranging from 2 to 5 days per week. Enjoy the variety of itinerant work as you support pre-schoolers in locations such as Broomall, Upper Darby, Drexel Hill, Aston, Ridley/Woodlyn, and Springfield. A mix of small group and larger caseloads is available to match your expertise and interests.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior experience within school settings, especially serving pre-school and low incidence populations, is highly preferred
- Reliable transportation to travel between school sites
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students according to IEPs
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop goal-driven therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and program staff to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation for compliance
- Offer support and guidance to classroom staff regarding communication strategies
