Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ communication strengths and needs using formal and informal evaluation tools
• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services focusing on speech, language, and communication difficulties
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student progress and advocacy
• Maintain accurate, timely progress notes and evaluation reports
