Your key qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
• Experience in school settings, with knowledge of IEP processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Background in supporting students with complex needs preferred

What you’ll do:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy for a diverse student population within the Low Incidence Program
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct evaluations and assessments relevant to speech and language needs
• Maintain detailed and timely records of progress and treatment outcomes
• Participate in team meetings to support student access to education
• Engage families and caregivers as partners in therapy interventions
