Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure and up-to-date clearances required
- Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
- Experience delivering therapy in a school setting, spanning elementary through high school grade levels
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- Flexibility to adapt support strategies to different age groups and learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in grades K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP speech goals
- Deliver engaging direct therapy sessions, both group and one-on-one
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation for compliance and student progress tracking
- Collaborate with general and special education teachers to support students’ integration and progress
- Communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams regarding student needs and achievements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student-centered planning
