Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students across multiple grade levels as a Speech-Language Pathologist. In this dynamic position, you’ll provide vital speech and language services to learners in grades K-12. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure and up-to-date clearances required
  • Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience delivering therapy in a school setting, spanning elementary through high school grade levels
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
  • Flexibility to adapt support strategies to different age groups and learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in grades K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP speech goals
  • Deliver engaging direct therapy sessions, both group and one-on-one
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation for compliance and student progress tracking
  • Collaborate with general and special education teachers to support students’ integration and progress
  • Communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams regarding student needs and achievements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student-centered planning
