Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt interventions for students in grades K-12

What You'll Do:

• Provide assessments, diagnosis, and direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each student’s IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress reports and compliance records
• Offer support and consultation to classroom staff for integrating communication strategies
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and training sessions as required
