School Speech Language Pathologist - North Adams, Massachusetts

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
• Experience working in a school setting, ideally supporting early elementary grades
• Strong ability to collaborate with educators, students, and families
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Dedication to providing inclusive, student-centered therapy services

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose students with speech, language, or communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Maintain comprehensive records of evaluations, progress, and interventions
• Partner with teachers, counselors, and families to support academic success and social development
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and provide input for student goals
• Serve as a resource on speech and language issues for staff and parents across two sites
