Qualifications & Experience:
- Current SLP license (CCC preferred)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with Pre-K–4th grade students preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to building positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to individual student needs
- Prior school-based experience or equivalent pediatric background is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and indirect therapy to students at two distinct school sites
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure speech-language goals are met
- Document progress, maintain required records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer professional guidance and resources to classroom teachers and families
