Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working within K–12 school settings preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
  • Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and delivering therapy for a range of speech and language disorders
  • Excellent organizational skills and adaptability

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student
  • Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Monitor, document, and report on student outcomes and intervention effectiveness
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff training, and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
