Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Current (or eligible for) state licensure and credentials required for school-based practice
- Previous school experience and familiarity with IEP processes preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

What You’ll Do:
- Provide targeted speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and interpret assessment results
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal regulations
- Participate in student support team meetings, progress reviews, and professional development
