Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Current (or eligible for) state licensure and credentials required for school-based practice
  • Previous school experience and familiarity with IEP processes preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide targeted speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and interpret assessment results
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal regulations
  • Participate in student support team meetings, progress reviews, and professional development
