Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP-CCC certification
- Experience working with school-age populations
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work on-site or potentially in a virtual/remote (VOCO) capacity, depending on assignment needs
- Commitment to culturally responsive, student-focused practice
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment and intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and advocacy for student services
- Offer support and strategies to classroom teachers for integrating speech/language goals
- Adapt services based on ongoing student assessments and team input
Assignment Details:
- Full-time position (FT SLP)
- 210-day school-based assignment
- On-site presence preferred for direct engagement with students and staff; select virtual opportunities may be available pending assignment specifics
