Make an impact in the lives of students by providing expert speech-language pathology services in a supportive K-12 school environment. This full-time contract opportunity allows you to collaborate closely with educators and families to help children achieve their communication goals. Four positions are available to serve a diverse student population.

What We're Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP licensure or eligibility in the state
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY welcome to apply
  • Prior experience in school-based settings (K-12) is highly valued
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to different grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across K-12
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to develop strategies for student success
  • Offer support and training to staff on speech-language concerns as needed
