Your work will take place in a supportive environment with a small, high-needs caseload (Autism, behavioral focus), surrounded by a robust team of six other SLPs and numerous behavior technicians. Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid SLP licensure for Connecticut or eligibility to obtain
- Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language services
- Comfortable supporting high-needs students, including Autism and behavioral challenges
- Positive attitude and collaborative spirit
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy to students in both pre-K–8 and 9–22-year-old programs
- Collaborate with a large interdisciplinary team and contribute to IEP meetings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Track student progress and provide ongoing communication with families and staff
