The assignment runs through 11/1/26, with ESY (Extended School Year) services from 7/1–7/24, followed by the regular school year schedule. Your role will touch the lives of children and young adults ages preK to 22, building your clinical expertise in autism and behavioral support.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for Connecticut (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings preferred
- Comfortable supporting a small, high-needs caseload (Autism, behavioral needs)
- Flexibility to start as early as 7/1 for ESY preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students ages preK-22
- Implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with a strong support team (including 6 other SLPs and multiple behavior therapists)
- Document progress and participate in meetings as needed
- Adapt therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs
