Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license for Connecticut (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings preferred
• Comfortable supporting a small, high-needs caseload (Autism, behavioral needs)
• Flexibility to start as early as 7/1 for ESY preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students ages preK-22
• Implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with a strong support team (including 6 other SLPs and multiple behavior therapists)
• Document progress and participate in meetings as needed
• Adapt therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs
