Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid SLP licensure for Connecticut or eligibility to obtain
• Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language services
• Comfortable supporting high-needs students, including Autism and behavioral challenges
• Positive attitude and collaborative spirit

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy to students in both pre-K–8 and 9–22-year-old programs
• Collaborate with a large interdisciplinary team and contribute to IEP meetings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Track student progress and provide ongoing communication with families and staff
