Here, you’ll serve a small, high-needs caseload, focusing on students with Autism and behavioral challenges, supported by a team of SLPs and behavioral therapists. Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid SLP license in Connecticut
  • Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
  • Comfort and expertise working with Autism and behavioral needs
  • Flexibility to begin as early as July 1st and commit through November 2026, including ESY (July) and NSY (starting August)
  • Enthusiasm for collaborative, team-based practice

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech/language therapy services to students, adapting approaches to diverse and high-needs learners
  • Conduct assessments, create IEPs, and participate in meetings
  • Collaborate with SLP colleagues and behavioral staff to provide holistic care
  • Contribute to student engagement, progress, and communication goals
