In this dynamic setting, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with diverse speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement customized intervention plans based on evaluation results
- Lead engaging therapy sessions targeting individualized speech and language objectives
- Meticulously track and document students’ progress, adapting plans as needed
- Participate in team meetings to coordinate care and contribute to holistic student development
- Empower families by providing guidance and resources throughout the therapy process
Key qualifications include:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license in California
- CCC-SLP certification preferred, but strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience with pediatric or school populations highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive both independently and in team-centered environments
