Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans to meet individual student needs.
- Conduct engaging therapy sessions targeting a variety of speech and language goals.
- Monitor and document progress with precision.
- Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.
- Involve and educate families as key partners in the therapeutic process.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged students preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
