Make a positive impact as a Speech Language Pathologist in a collaborative, supportive school environment. This contract position near North Hollywood, CA, involves providing high-quality speech and language services to a diverse pediatric population. You'll participate in both traditional and teletherapy settings, supporting students’ communication and learning needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Either Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain it
  • Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
  • IEP experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with AAC devices
  • New graduates (CFY) and SLPA candidates are welcome to apply

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting students’ specific needs
  • Utilize evidence-based therapy methods, both in-person and through teletherapy platforms
  • Track student progress and modify interventions as appropriate
  • Work closely with teachers, school staff, and other healthcare professionals to support students’ educational goals
  • Engage with families to provide guidance and resources
