Step into a rewarding opportunity empowering elementary-aged students with diverse support needs. Two full-time, contract positions are available for Speech-Language Pathologists to begin as soon as possible. The environment fosters collaboration, learning, and meaningful impact, with both roles supporting students with disabilities needing mild to extensive assistance.

For one position, a licensed SLP is required. The second role welcomes either a licensed SLP or a Clinical Fellow (CF), making this a valuable chance for new graduates to launch their school-based careers with mentorship and hands-on experience. Both therapists will be based on campus, fostering strong connections with students and staff.

Requirements:

  • Valid California SLP license (or eligibility for licensure, if applying as a CF)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred for one role; open to CF for the second
  • School-based experience or a strong interest in working with elementary students with a range of disabilities
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn IEP documentation and progress tracking
  • Strong communication abilities, teamwork skills, and a passion for supporting student growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop and deliver individualized intervention plans for students with varied support needs
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
