Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students from transitional kindergarten through 6th grade across two welcoming school sites near North Hollywood, CA. As a certified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll play an essential role in empowering young learners with a variety of needs, from mild articulation challenges to more complex language deficits and AAC needs. This is a full-time role spanning the current, Summer, and next school year, offering you the flexibility to choose a short-term commitment or a longer career trajectory.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification and state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with elementary and middle school students, including PreK
  • Comfortable addressing a range of communication needs, including mild articulation issues, mild-moderate language disabilities, and AAC support
  • Ability to collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized educational plans

Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve two dynamic school sites: spend 2 days per week at one location (7:45am–3:15pm) and 3 days at the other (8:15am–3:45pm)
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Deliver effective interventions individually and in groups, adapting to unique student needs
  • Provide support and guidance to teachers and parents on speech and language development strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings

The contract starts as soon as possible. You’ll have the option to work through the current school year ending June 11th, extend into our summer ESY program through July 17th, or consider staying for the 2026-27 school year, which begins August 5th.
