Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, although strong CFY candidates are welcome
  • Previous experience in a school setting highly valued, but not required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and provide timely updates to team members and parents
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support students’ communication goals within the classroom
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and IEP meetings as needed
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services across a diverse caseload
