Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure as an SLP or SLPA (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- CCC, CFY, or SLPA credentials accepted
- Experience in K-12 school settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Effective communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Comfort collaborating with teachers, families, and fellow clinicians
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services primarily to elementary students, with some support for middle and high school learners
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and progress reports
- Deliver direct and consultative interventions onsite or via teletherapy, as needed
- Maintain detailed records in line with school and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to foster student growth
