Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in North Little Rock, AR

This position offers a contract opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support a K-12 school setting in North Little Rock, AR. The role accommodates both full-time and part-time schedules, with caseload size tailored to the candidate’s preference. Candidates who have completed their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or are open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, therapy, and support services to students with speech and language needs across a diverse caseload.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred but open to CFY candidates.
• Experience or interest in pediatrics, school-based practice, and healthcare settings.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
