Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - North Little Rock, AR

Desired Background and Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license is required; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will also be considered.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not mandatory.
• Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings, ideally with daycare-age children.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, families, and team members.
• Flexibility and dedication to working onsite; those interested in one work-from-home day may be considered.
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to individualized intervention planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for each student.
• Maintain detailed records and progress notes.
• Participate in meetings with multidisciplinary teams.
