Qualifications:

• Active Arkansas Speech Language Pathologist license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students with varied communication needs
• Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations to identify speech/language disorders
