Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute strategies to improve student outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working within school environments providing speech and language services to children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel between school sites as required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
