Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Arkansas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply
- Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt and individualize therapy to meet students’ diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs
- Provide individual and group therapy for students with a range of communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and other professionals to support each student’s academic and social success
- Maintain detailed documentation of sessions, progress reports, and required compliance paperwork
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decision-making
