Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Arkansas
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply
  • Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly valued
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt and individualize therapy to meet students’ diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs
  • Provide individual and group therapy for students with a range of communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and other professionals to support each student’s academic and social success
  • Maintain detailed documentation of sessions, progress reports, and required compliance paperwork
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decision-making
