Speech Language Pathologist in North Richland Hills, TX

The position will involve working onsite across both elementary and high school campuses, providing a blend of therapy services and case management, or managing cases exclusively, depending on assignment.

Qualifications:

• Hold active Texas SLP licensure
• Previous school-based SLP experience (K-12) strongly preferred
• Comfortable serving an itinerant caseload across multiple campuses
• Ability to commute within 30-40 minutes from the area, factoring in local traffic
• Spanish fluency highly desirable, though not required
• Must pass or verify fingerprints with TEA (processing may require up to 10 business days)
• CF, PT, or virtual candidates will not be considered

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students, adapting methods to meet diverse needs
• Collaborate as an integral member of IEP teams and with educational staff
• Conduct assessments and evaluations; develop and update IEPs, documenting progress
• Manage caseloads that may include therapy and/or case management responsibilities
• Provide consultative support to school staff and families
• Travel between assigned elementary and high school campuses as required
