Step into a fulfilling contract role supporting students' communication and educational growth as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This opportunity is on-site only and will have you making a direct impact in a school environment near North Richland Hills, TX. You will work full-time during the 2026-2027 academic year with a dedicated K-12 caseload of approximately 60-65 students at one assigned campus.

Key Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Hold an active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Prior school-based experience serving K-12 populations strongly valued
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking abilities are highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to collaborate with educational teams
  • Ability to complete or verify fingerprints through TEA within required timeframe (allow up to 10 business days for results)
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative speech-language pathology services to students in accordance with their IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to address student goals and progress
  • Develop and implement high-quality, individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and participate in required meetings
  • Serve as a key resource for staff and families to support student communication needs
