Make a difference in the lives of K-12 students as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting a diverse school community near North Richland Hills, TX. This full-time contract opportunity spans the entire school year, from August 10, 2026, to May 21, 2027. You’ll have the chance to work on-site, collaborating alongside educators and specialized teams in a supportive educational environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Active Texas SLP licensure (required)
  • Experience providing speech language services in a school-based setting, preferably with K-12 students
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking skills are preferred, but not required
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60-65 students
  • Commitment to working at a single campus location (to be finalized)
  • Preparedness to complete time-sensitive fingerprinting and credentialing with the Texas Education Agency (TEA)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse K-12 population
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct and consultative support to students, teachers, and families
  • Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, staff development, and ongoing student evaluations
