• Current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Prior experience in a school setting
• Comfortable with elementary student caseloads (approximately 70-80 students per campus)
• Experience supervising SLPAs, or a strong willingness to step into a supervisory role
• Ability to coordinate services in an itinerant position, serving multiple campuses
• Open to supporting Clinical Fellows (CFs)
• Not recruiting for teletherapy/Voco positions

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to elementary students, supporting their educational and social development
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs, fostering professional growth and maintaining high standards of care
• Manage a dynamic, full-time, full school year caseload with organization and compassion
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Maintain clear documentation and timely communication for all students on your caseload
