School Speech Language Pathologist - North Richland Hills, Texas

Two skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC) are sought for full-time, full school year contract opportunities near North Richland Hills, TX. This itinerant position involves working with an elementary school caseload of 70–80 students per campus, as well as providing supervision for SLPAs on campus.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Valid state licensure for SLP
• Demonstrated experience in school-based settings
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor SLPAs
• Strong assessment, reporting, and intervention planning skills
• Comfortable with itinerant (traveling between campuses) roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve a diverse elementary caseload, conducting evaluations and delivering individualized therapy
• Provide direct supervision, training, and support to on-site SLPAs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, teachers, and families to monitor progress and adjust interventions
• Maintain clear and timely documentation aligned with school and compliance standards
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students’ communication needs
• Support a positive, student-centered therapeutic environment
