School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | North Richland Hills, Texas

Make a difference in the lives of students for the 2026-2027 school year as a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist working onsite in the Fort Worth, Watauga, and surrounding areas. This full-time contract opportunity offers a rewarding caseload within a supportive school setting from August 11th, 2026 through May 25th, 2027.

Ideal candidates will bring strong clinical skills and a passion for helping students grow and succeed. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, providing both routine and work-life balance.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Proven experience working as an SLP in a school environment preferred
• Ability to supervise SLPAs effectively
• Current state licensure in Texas or eligibility to obtain
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to approximately 54 students and consultative services for 14 students
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs, ensuring best practices in service delivery
• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with students’ Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Assess student progress, maintain documentation, and collaborate with educational staff
• Evaluate readiness for dismissal from therapy services
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
