Desired Experience and Credentials:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure, or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience or strong interest working with elementary-aged students in a school-based setting
- Knowledgeable in IEP processes, progress monitoring, and collaboration with educators and families
- Ability to provide both virtual and in-person services as needed
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary caseload
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ unique needs
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, counselors, and families to promote student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, adjusting methods for remote or onsite environments as appropriate
