Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in North Tonawanda, NY

You will be responsible for conducting 7 sessions per week, supporting students as they develop critical communication skills in the comfort of their own homes.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience working with K-4th grade children preferred
• Strong assessment, therapy planning, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with virtual documentation platforms and reporting systems
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with families and educational teams
• Professional, compassionate communicator who builds rapport with both children and caregivers
• Reliable transportation for in-home travel; mileage is payable

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized speech and language therapy sessions for students in their homes
• Complete 7 sessions weekly, tailoring plans to unique developmental and educational needs
• Develop and implement engaging therapy strategies based on IEP goals
• Maintain accurate session notes and progress reports
