Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Eligible for state licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong collaboration and organization skills
- Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, assess, and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEPs
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to support student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive, inclusive educational environment
