Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Eligible for state licensure as an SLP
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong collaboration and organization skills
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, assess, and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEPs
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to support student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive, inclusive educational environment
