You’ll work 32 hours per week throughout the academic year, providing high-quality speech-language services and helping young learners develop essential skills that will last a lifetime.

Successful candidates will bring strong clinical knowledge alongside compassion and creativity. You’ll evaluate students, deliver targeted interventions, support IEP development, and help shape an inclusive learning experience.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • School-based SLP experience, especially with elementary-aged students, is a plus
  • Proficiency in assessing and implementing intervention plans for speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborative spirit for working with teachers, administrators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete evaluations and re-evaluations for referred students
  • Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy based on IEP goals
  • Provide clear documentation and progress reporting
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
  • Consult with teachers to implement classroom strategies that foster communication
  • Support inclusive practices and a welcoming classroom climate
