Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• State licensure (or eligibility) in speech-language pathology
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to innovative, student-centered therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to a diverse K-12 student population
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure individualized support and progress
• Document student progress, maintain comprehensive records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Deliver both one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique communication needs
