Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license (state requirements met)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience providing therapy in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to tailor interventions to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students across a range of grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educational teams and families
  • Conduct assessments, document progress, and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students’ communication goals within classroom settings
  • Provide guidance and education to students, families, and colleagues regarding communication strategies
  • Adapt evidence-based interventions to engage learners with various needs
  • Ensure compliance with all documentation and school policies
