This role is open to candidates with either their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligibility for Connecticut SLP licensure
  • Possession of, or eligibility for, CCC-SLP or completion of coursework for CFY
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • School-based experience preferred, but not required
  • Comfortable administering screenings, assessments, and collaborating within IEP teams

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy services to address students’ unique needs
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and team collaborations
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other staff members
