Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Norwich, Connecticut

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure and certification required
• ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
