What We’re Looking For:

  • Hold a valid SLP certification (State of CT preferred or eligible)
  • Experience working with preschoolers and early childhood populations
  • Familiarity with school-based therapy protocols and documentation
  • Ability to perform Birth to Three evaluations (training/support available)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities

Role Details:

  • Full school day schedule: 8:30/9 am – 3:00/3:30 pm
  • Monday through Friday, approximately 30 hours per week
  • Manage a caseload of up to 20 preschoolers; conduct early intervention evaluations as needed
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in a supportive team environment
