Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
  • Current licensure in Vermont (or eligibility)
  • Previous experience supporting students with mild to moderate speech and language needs
  • Comfort working independently without supervision from a CF Supervisor or the need for an SLPA
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to designated caseload
  • Assess and track student progress using standardized tools and collaborate in IEP meetings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Provide consultation and support for teachers and caregivers to enhance communication strategies
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for all interventions and progress reports
  • Foster an inclusive, positive environment that encourages student growth and participation
