Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Current licensure in Vermont (or eligibility)
- Previous experience supporting students with mild to moderate speech and language needs
- Comfort working independently without supervision from a CF Supervisor or the need for an SLPA
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to designated caseload
- Assess and track student progress using standardized tools and collaborate in IEP meetings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Provide consultation and support for teachers and caregivers to enhance communication strategies
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for all interventions and progress reports
- Foster an inclusive, positive environment that encourages student growth and participation
