Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP license (or ability to obtain by start date)

  • Previous experience or strong interest in working within school environments
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to identify student speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the student support team
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students in group and one-on-one settings
  • Monitor, document, and report progress toward therapy goals
  • Consult with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
