Make a significant impact supporting students’ communication development as a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time contract opportunity is based across three school sites and welcomes dedicated professionals passionate about pediatric care and school-based therapy. Both SLP-CCC and strong Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply. Those open to travel assignments will find this position especially rewarding. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Colorado SLP license and ASHA certification
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
- Clinical experience with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and school-based service delivery
- Able to manage caseloads with professionalism and strong organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth
- Flexible, collaborative, and comfortable working across multiple sites
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop, implement, and track individualized plans as part of the IEP process
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation aligned with state and district requirements
- Actively participate in meetings, professional development, and interdisciplinary teams
- Adapt services for in-person or hybrid models as needed
