You’ll work with an engaging caseload of 22 students, offering your expertise and dedication over a 35-hour workweek. The position offers the chance to collaborate with school staff, families, and fellow professionals — all while making a tangible difference every day.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Possession of a current Maryland SLP license and related certifications
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but passionate new graduates are welcome
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and families to support each child’s success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
