This full-time role is perfect for a Speech-Language Pathologist who holds their CCC and is passionate about making an impact in young lives. You’ll work closely with a welcoming educational community, providing direct and consultative speech therapy services to a caseload of 22 students within a supportive team.

This position offers a consistent 35 hours per week, ensuring you have the time to develop meaningful relationships and interventions that truly matter. As you help students overcome communication barriers, you'll collaborate closely with educators and families dedicated to student success.

What we’re looking for:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA CCC certification required
  • Current Maryland SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong commitment to student development and individualized care
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering speech and language therapy services within an educational framework
  • Conducting assessments to identify students’ needs and progress
  • Developing and implementing tailored IEPs in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
  • Engaging with families and staff to communicate student progress and strategies
  • Maintaining documentation and records in accordance with regulatory and district policies
