This contract-based, full-time opportunity is designed for a spirited and compassionate speech-language pathologist committed to helping young learners achieve their greatest potential in a supportive educational setting.

You’ll work with an engaging caseload of 22 students, offering your expertise and dedication over a 35-hour workweek. The position offers the chance to collaborate with school staff, families, and fellow professionals — all while making a tangible difference every day.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Possession of a current Maryland SLP license and related certifications
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a school setting preferred, but passionate new graduates are welcome

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and families to support each child’s success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
