Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Valid Maryland state licensure and certifications
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Passion for supporting student growth and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech therapy services in a full-time (35 hours per week) capacity
  • Manage a caseload of 22 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor and document student progress to ensure positive outcomes
