Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Novato, CA

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Background in pediatric speech-language disorders across school and healthcare environments
• Experience with school-based therapy and IEP processes
• Teletherapy experience preferred; strong technical/computer skills a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations using evidence-based practices
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans for students in collaboration with educators and families
• Deliver direct therapy services both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
• Participate actively in IEP meetings; document progress, collaborate on goals, and provide input for team decisions
• Maintain accurate records and timely communication with all stakeholders
• Offer guidance, resources, and in-service training to staff and families as needed
• Foster a supportive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student participation and progress
