Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP state license and ASHA CCCs, or clinical fellowship year (CFY) candidates will be considered
  • Experience working in pediatric or school settings preferred
  • Proven knowledge of diverse communication disorders and evidence-based intervention techniques
  • Technological proficiency for teletherapy delivery
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) addressing students’ speech and language needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy in-person and through remote platforms
  • Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (if applicable)
  • Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development initiatives
