Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP state license and ASHA CCCs, or clinical fellowship year (CFY) candidates will be considered
- Experience working in pediatric or school settings preferred
- Proven knowledge of diverse communication disorders and evidence-based intervention techniques
- Technological proficiency for teletherapy delivery
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) addressing students’ speech and language needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy in-person and through remote platforms
- Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (if applicable)
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development initiatives
