What you'll need to bring:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working within school settings, with proficiency in providing speech therapy to diverse age ranges
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt and build rapport with students and educational staff

Your key responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site therapy and assessments for students requiring speech and language support
  • Collaborate closely with current SLP to manage caseloads efficiently
  • Develop individualized plans and strategies to help students meet communication goals
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP processes
