Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid (or in-process) state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy to students individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor and support student progress
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all required reporting and timelines
- Engage in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning sessions
