Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid (or in-process) state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy to students individually and in small groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor and support student progress
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with all required reporting and timelines
  • Engage in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning sessions
