Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in California
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy tailored to elementary-age students
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other specialists
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Engage caregivers and educators in supporting student goals
