Two full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) positions are open for the 2026-2027 academic year. One role serves a middle school population, while the other offers the chance to work across two vibrant elementary campuses. As part of a collaborative special education team, your expertise will make a significant impact on student growth and success.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid SLP-CCC certification required
  • Active California SLP license or eligibility to obtain before the start date
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned students
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services within the school day
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Monitor and document student progress, updating goals and strategies as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide student-centered recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state guidelines
