Two full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) positions are open for the 2026-2027 academic year. One role serves a middle school population, while the other offers the chance to work across two vibrant elementary campuses. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP-CCC certification required
- Active California SLP license or eligibility to obtain before the start date
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned students
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services within the school day
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Monitor and document student progress, updating goals and strategies as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide student-centered recommendations
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state guidelines
