Speech Language Pathologist in Novato, CA

Two full-time Speech-Language Pathologist roles are now available: one focused on a middle school caseload, and another serving two elementary sites. Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience with K-8 student populations, ideally in a school, is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to organize caseloads, complete assessments, and communicate with families and staff effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Complete evaluations to determine student eligibility and measure progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with classroom teachers, and consult with support staff
• Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment
• Engage with parents/guardians and serve as a resource for ways to reinforce communication goals at home
