Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in northern California for the 2026-2027 academic year! Two full-time roles are available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)—one working with a middle school caseload, and one serving two elementary school sites.

As a valued clinician on this team, your expertise will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive speech and language services. You'll collaborate with educators, staff, and families, focusing on helping students reach their full communicative potential throughout the full school year.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid and current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Hold (or eligible for) appropriate state licensure for the 2026-2027 school year
  • Strong skills in assessment, therapy, and progress monitoring
  • Ability to effectively manage caseloads with students of varying needs and abilities (elementary and/or middle school experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and individualized therapy sessions for students
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students’ unique needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to share strategies and progress
  • Support a culture of inclusion and student-centered learning
