Open Roles:
Maternity Leave Coverage (August – December 2026, 3 days/week):
Provide comprehensive case management for a diverse SLP caseload. Oversee IEP development, conduct assessments, generate detailed reports, and supervise the services delivered by SLPAs. This is an excellent chance to contribute your expertise and ensure continuity of care during a colleague’s leave.
K-5 SLP Support (0.4 FTE, 2 days/week, Full School Year): Engage with elementary students, delivering the full scope of SLP services for K-5 on a part-time basis. Carry out assessments, design and implement individualized therapy programs, and collaborate with staff and families to support student achievement across the school year.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid state Speech-Language Pathology licensure; CCC or CFY candidates welcome
- Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
- Strong background in IEP development and case management
- Effective communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to supervise and provide oversight for SLPAs
- Commitment to evidence-based assessment and intervention practices
Responsibilities:
- Manage caseload, including assessment, therapy, and compliance documentation
- Develop, implement, and review IEPs tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student outcomes
- Provide supervision and guidance for supporting staff as required
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all school and state requirements
