Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Lead engaging therapy sessions aimed at achieving targeted speech and language outcomes
- Maintain detailed documentation to track student progress and compliance requirements
- Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and other members of a diverse multidisciplinary team
- Involve and instruct families in the therapy process to reinforce goals at home
