Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active California SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)

- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to a range of student needs
- Knowledge of IEP process and documentation requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy sessions (individual and group)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
